Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-05-30 · Last updated May 30, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what you may not do with VZQX. It applies to everyone who uses the Services and forms part of our Consumer Terms. You are responsible for everything you create, build, deploy, and host with VZQX, and for the conduct of the end-users of any application you deploy. Breaking this policy may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination.

1. Prohibited uses

You must not use VZQX - or build, deploy, or host anything with VZQX - to:

  • Break the law. Engage in or facilitate illegal activity, or produce, store, or distribute illegal content.
  • Harm children. Create, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material, or engage in any sexualization, grooming, exploitation, or endangerment of minors. We have zero tolerance and report such activity to the authorities.
  • Promote violence or terrorism. Incite, threaten, plan, or glorify violence, terrorism, or extremism; develop weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons; or attack or disrupt critical infrastructure.
  • Harass or abuse people. Bully, threaten, stalk, dox, or incite harassment, or promote hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Compromise security or systems. Create or distribute malware, ransomware, or exploits; gain or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data; conduct denial-of-service attacks; circumvent security controls, authentication, or our platform limits; or use deployed apps for unauthorized scanning or intrusion.
  • Abuse our platform resources. Mine cryptocurrency, run disproportionate background or compute workloads, or otherwise abuse hosting, build, or compute resources beyond your plan; relay spam or bulk unsolicited messaging.
  • Defraud or deceive. Run scams, phishing, fraud, or predatory schemes; create counterfeit goods or fake documents; or engage in deceptive or manipulative practices.
  • Violate privacy or identity. Unlawfully collect, use, or expose personal data; conduct unlawful surveillance, facial recognition, or biometric identification; or impersonate any person or organization.
  • Infringe intellectual property. Violate the copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other rights of others.
  • Produce prohibited sexual content. Generate or distribute non-consensual intimate content, or sexual content involving minors or otherwise prohibited by law.
  • Spread misinformation or deceptive media. Knowingly create or distribute false or misleading content, deceptive synthetic media (“deepfakes”), or content intended to interfere with elections or democratic processes.

2. High-risk uses require human oversight and disclosure

Some uses can significantly affect people’s rights, safety, or livelihood. If you build an application that provides or supports decisions in domains such as healthcare or medical guidance, legal advice, financial or insurance decisions, or decisions about employment, housing, credit, or education, you must keep a qualified human in the loop, not present AI Output as a substitute for professional advice, and clearly disclose to your end-users that AI is involved. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to those domains.

3. Applications that use AI or reach minors

If an application you build uses AI to interact with people, disclose that they are interacting with an AI system where they would not otherwise reasonably know. Applications directed to, or likely to be used by, minors must comply with applicable child-safety and child-data-protection laws.

4. Platform integrity

Do not circumvent usage limits, rate limits, quotas, or account suspensions; do not create accounts to evade enforcement; do not scrape, resell, or sublicense the Services; and do not use VZQX to build a competing AI or development product or to train a competing model.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, and preserve and disclose information to law enforcement where appropriate. Where there is a risk of serious harm or where the law requires, we may act without prior notice. We are not liable for actions taken in good faith to enforce this policy. We will apply enforcement proportionately and, where reasonable and lawful, give you an opportunity to address an issue.

6. Reporting abuse

To report content or behavior that may violate this policy, contact support@vzqx.com. Please include enough detail (such as the project or URL) for us to investigate.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP as the Services and the legal landscape evolve. Material changes will be notified as described in the Consumer Terms, and the version and date above will change.
